Une entreprise dynamique à Singapour recherche un HR Executive / HR Admin Assistant pour soutenir divers aspects des ressources humaines. Dans ce rôle hybride, vous serez responsable du recrutement, de la gestion de la paie, et de l'administration des HR, tout en vous assurant de la conformité avec la législation locale. Le candidat idéal possède une expérience en RH, de préférence dans le secteur F&B, et une solide compréhension des réglementations de travail à Singapour.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Admin Assistant to support and manage various human resource functions. This hybrid role encompasses responsibilities in recruitment, payroll processing, work pass applications, HR documentation, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience in the F&B industry and a strong understanding of Singapore’s employment regulations. Immediate availability is preferred.
1) Recruitment & Onboarding
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination
-Communicate with candidates and prepare interview documents
-Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures
-Maintain organized recruitment and employee records
2) Payroll & Work Pass Management
-Handle monthly payroll including CPF, SDL, and statutory contributions
-Submit CPF and other statutory filings on time
-Apply, renew, and cancel work passes (WP, SP, EP) using WPOL
-Liaise with MOM and related authorities as needed
3) HR Administration & Compliance
-Maintain and update employee files (digital and hardcopy) with strict confidentiality
-Issue employment documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and increment notices
-Support audits, MOM inspections, and internal HR reviews
-Assist in organizing HR events, training, and welfare programs
-Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and company policies
4) Support to HR Team & Management
-Report to the HR Executive or Assistant HR Manager on day-to-day matters
-Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion
-Raise any discrepancies or issues for prompt resolution
Education:
-Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
-Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or a fast-paced environment
-Experience in both administrative and operational HR functions
Skills:
-Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and employment practices
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Info-Tech experience is a plus
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
