Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment and handle work pass issues. The role involves preparing employment contracts, onboarding new hires, and organizing training schedules. Candidates should have at least 2 years of HR experience and familiarity with payroll administration. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and support various HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience managing work pass and accommodation matters.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and payroll administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate coordination.
  • Prepare employment contracts and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee personal records and files.
  • Handle all matters related to foreign workers, including work passes.
  • Organize staff training schedules and coordinate with external trainers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate coordination
  • Prepare employment contracts and facilitate onboarding for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee personal records and files
  • Handle all matters related to foreign workers, including work passes, accommodations, and related issues
  • Organize staff training schedules and coordinate with external trainers
  • Work closely with other departments to identify and address training needs
  • Submit government training grant applications and staff absentee payroll claims
  • Plan and execute staff welfare activities and initiatives
  • Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience managing work pass and accommodation matters
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and payroll administration
