A leading company in the construction industry is seeking an experienced administrative professional to manage all office and HR functions. The position involves close collaboration with the CEO and finance department to ensure smooth operations, alongside opportunities for training and growth. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in relevant roles and be familiar with shipment clearance procedures.
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9am-6pm
Salary: $2800 to $3300 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Office Location: Bukit Batok Crescent
Requirements:
Requires minimum of 5 years of experience doing administrative and office management related works in the construction industry.
Training, upgrading and opportunity for growth is provided.
Responsibilities:
This position reports directly to the CEO.
All administrative works in the company and HR related responsibilities
Application of WP, SP, EP, coretrade, BCA and other HR related functions
Liaising with bank and financial institutions for company trade and financing facilities
Application for trade financing
Timely reminder to CEO of loan installments
Issuance of tax invoice and chasing of payment.
Working hand in hand with the finance department to ensure all account related matters are in order.
Well-versed in shipment procedures to carry out clearance of imports.
