Job Description:
- Manage bi-monthly payroll processing.
- Develop talent attraction plans and secure the organization's manpower. Conduct talent outreach to source potential candidates.
- Determine cost-efficient assessment and selection tools to identify the right candidates.
- Establish processes and guidelines for onboarding new hires. Handle full-spectrum HR operations such as preparing employment letters, confirmation letters, renewal, and cancellation of W/S/E passes.
- Arrange and coordinate handover procedures for resigned staff.
- Familiar with government grants and liaise with relevant agencies or government departments.
- Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of the HR database and employee records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Handle government-related matters such as IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, and training grants.
- Perform general HR administrative duties and office administration tasks.
- Assist the Director as part of the PA team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Singaporean Permanent Residents only, with a minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience.
