A leading HR firm is seeking a skilled HR Manager to handle payroll, recruitment strategies, and government-related HR compliance. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2-3 years of experience and be proficient in both English and Mandarin to cater to diverse clients. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities within HR operations and requires a proactive approach to manage various HR processes effectively.
Job Description:
Manage bi-monthly payroll processing.
Plan and execute talent attraction strategies to source potential candidates and secure the organization's manpower needs.
Select cost-efficient assessment and selection tools to identify suitable candidates.
Establish processes and guidelines for onboarding new hires; oversee full-spectrum HR operations such as preparing employment letters, confirmation letters, and managing W/S/E passes (renewal, cancellation).
Coordinate and arrange handover procedures for resigned staff.
Familiar with government grants; liaise with relevant agencies or government departments.
Maintain and update HR database accurately; ensure all employee records are complete and confidential.
Handle government-related matters such as IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, and training grants.
Perform general HR and office administrative duties.
Assist the Director as part of the PA team.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Singaporean Permanent Residents only; minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience.
