Job description

Job Description:

  • Manage bi-monthly payroll processing.

  • Plan and execute talent attraction strategies to source potential candidates and secure the organization's manpower needs.

  • Select cost-efficient assessment and selection tools to identify suitable candidates.

  • Establish processes and guidelines for onboarding new hires; oversee full-spectrum HR operations such as preparing employment letters, confirmation letters, and managing W/S/E passes (renewal, cancellation).

  • Coordinate and arrange handover procedures for resigned staff.

  • Familiar with government grants; liaise with relevant agencies or government departments.

  • Maintain and update HR database accurately; ensure all employee records are complete and confidential.

  • Handle government-related matters such as IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, and training grants.

  • Perform general HR and office administrative duties.

  • Assist the Director as part of the PA team.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Singaporean Permanent Residents only; minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience.
