Job description
Overview

As an HR Executive, you will be part of the team ensuring high service delivery standards in the communications of HR information and providing advice to MOE employees on a wide spectrum of HR functions.

Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain case information in the Customer Relations Management System (CRM)
  • Extract CRM data and use Microsoft Excel to generate reports
  • Send customer satisfaction surveys and collate feedback
  • Handle simple enquiries made by MOE employees via email and call
  • Handle administrative duties
Expectations

This would be a 1-year temporary contract role. We are looking for someone who is interested in gaining some HR work experience and able to commit from October 2025 - September 2026 (end date negotiable).

Working hours

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
  • Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break

In addition, you should

  • Be an effective team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Have good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Have excellent proficiency in English
