We are looking for a Senior / Human Resources Executive at Conrad Hotels & Resorts to manage HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, supporting our staff and departmental goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting interviews and coordinate with Department/Division Heads and the General Manager.
  • Manage HR documents, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the HR system.
  • Handle employee relations issues confidentially, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign team members.
  • Ensure recruitment complies with employment laws and company policies.
  • Oversee pay reviews, absence monitoring, and wage queries.
  • Resolve team member and management queries professionally.
  • Represent Hilton and Conrad professionally and respond to hotel emergencies appropriately.
  • Support operational needs and community initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
