Our client a trusted provider in Technology products and service, seeking for suitable candidates to fill the post as HR Generalist, Senior Executive in their Singapore office, head office is based in China.

Job Description

  • Assist to develop and streamline HR processes ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate onboarding and proper documentation control.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee training, implement promotion schemes to enhance employee skills.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes, motivate employees and meet organizational goals.
  • Handle compensation and benefits and address employee queries
  • Promote positive employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee data and prepare reports for analysis
  • Organise employee activities to enhance team cohesion
  • Assist with Payroll calculations and processing
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management/psychology/business administration
  • Minimum 3 to 5years of related experience in HR generalist/recruitment/Payroll
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application in Excel, PP, organizational structure modelling tools
  • Ability to understand and manage cultural diversity among employees
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
  • High level of independence, teamwork spirit, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills verbal and written, able to speak well in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking business partners and associates
