A leading company in the F&B industry is seeking an HR representative. You will act as the point of contact for HR matters, support onboarding, and maintain employee documentation. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in HR or related, with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the HR brand-in-charge, advising internal stakeholders on HR-related matters.
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding all HR issues.
Oversee and execute key HR processes, including onboarding, confirmations, resignations, transfers, and staff requests.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation for all employees.
Process payroll for the assigned brand.
Support the HR Manager in the implementation of HRIS projects.
Participate actively in other HR initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience (F&B industry experience preferred).
Prior experience with HRIS is highly advantageous.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Skilled at multitasking and working effectively in a fast-paced setting.
