HR Executive Assistant (Shared Service, Healthcare) #HCL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work Injury Compensation Claims

· Handle the full cycle of Work Injury Claims

· Liaise with both internal (staff, supervisor) and external stakeholders for case assessment

· Ensure timely and accurate submission and resolution of claims while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements

· Administer WICA-related medical bills, leave, and salary information

· Compile quarterly work injury statistics

· Support on government paid leave submission

· Generate reports to identify eligible cases for claim submission

· Monitor reimbursement notifications received and update the amounts in the Leave system

· Assist employees with inquiries related to paid leave eligibility

Employee Benefits Administration

· Administer employee benefits programs

· File applicable inpatient claims with the insurance company

· Work with relevant parties on claims/medical billing matters

· Assist employees with inquiries related to Flexibles

· Assist with ad hoc administration of human resources operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Min Dip in related study

· Experience in Employee Benefits Administration and Success Factors will be an added advantage

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Good analytical skills, process-oriented, and attention to detail

· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
