Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to join their HR Payment Team. The role involves processing HR-related payments and developing strong relationships with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have some HR experience and finance knowledge, while entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Work is organized in a fast-paced environment, requiring good MS Office skills and a meticulous approach.

Job description

Healthcare Industry

Duration: 3 months subject to further extension

Working Location: One North (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Responsibilities

· Contribute to HR Payment Team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing for all the institutions and departments in company.

· Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.

· Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered in line with company policies and relevant Legislation requirement.

· Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders (e.g. internal Group Shared Services cross teams, department admin and various institutions business partners).

· Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.

· Perform any other assigned duties/projects.

Job Requirements

· Meticulous, independent, initiative with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
