Une entreprise de gestion des ressources humaines recherche un HR Executive (Entry/Junior) pour aider à la gestion des tâches RH et administratives. Le poste est ouvert aux diplômés, avec un salaire de base allant jusqu'à $4200 par mois. Les candidats doivent avoir de bonnes compétences en communication et une attention particulière aux détails.
HR EXECUTIVE (ENTRY / JUNIOR)
BASIC SALARY : UP TO $4200 + AWS + VB
INDUSTRY : SME / HEAVY INDUSTRY / TUAS – TRANSPORT PROVIDED
Responsibilities:
To assist HR Manager on HR & administrative functions
Assist in payroll calculation, attendance, timesheet management, CPF submission, etc
Manage work passes for foreign employee including application, renewal and cancellation.
Prepare monthly payroll reports and ad hoc reports
Assist in reviewing and implementation of performance appraisal exercise, HR policies and projects
Sourcing of relevant courses, registration of courses, liaising with training providers and training administration
Other administrative duties including ordering office supplies, etc
Requirements
Min Diploma / Degree holder in HR / Admin
With or without working experience
Good communication and good interpersonal skills
Able to meet deadline, meticulous and accurate

ASSISTANT HR MANAGER
BASIC SALARY : $4500 - $5500 (NEGO) + BONUSES
INDUSTRY : SME / CIVIL CONSTRUCTION / TUAS – TRANSPORT PROVIDED
Strategic HR & Recruitment
Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage full lifecycle hiring -job specs, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
Introduce competency-based recruitment methods using structured interviews and assessment tools
Performance Management
Design and oversee performance appraisal systems: self-appraisal, goal setting, reviews, calibrations.
Guide managers and teams on performance improvement planning.
Coordinate annual organizational / talent reviews.
Leverage HR analytics for driving 360° feedback and continuous development.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills.
Organize leadership training and succession planning initiatives.
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain mandatory certification compliance.
Employee Relations & Culture
HR liaison.
Employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and disputes.
Review and improve HR policies, handbooks, SOPs and company-wide communications
HR Operations: Payroll & Compliance
Payroll and leave processing.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR and payroll data.
Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws (e.g., Employment Act, FCF, WP Quotas)
Complete CPF, levy, and insurance submissions; support audits.
HR Analytics
Manage HRIS enhancement, data integrity, reporting dashboards.
Develop people metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Degree holder in HR / Business / Others
Min 4-5 years of relevant working experience
Knowledge of Singapore labour laws, CPF, MOM processes.
