A leading company in Healthcare is seeking an HR Executive Assistant for a digitisation project. The role involves document management, ensuring accuracy, and supporting general administrative tasks. Candidates should have strong organisational skills and prior experience in administrative or HR support roles.
Job scope:
· Retrieve, sort, and categorise physical documents according to a standardised checklist
· Scan documents using designated equipment and ensure high-quality digitisation
· Verify completeness, clarity, and accuracy of scanned documents
· Label, name, and organise digital files systematically into appropriate folders
· Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive HR information throughout the process
· Update and track digitisation progress, flagging any issues to supervisors in a timely manner
· Support general administrative tasks related to the digitisation project, as required
Requirements:
· GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma in any discipline
· Prior experience in administrative work, records management or HR support is preferred
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
