Healthcare Industry

Duration: 3 months, extendable/convertible

Working Location: Kent Ridge (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Summary

As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will deliver the services provided by company Group Shared Services in a consistent, accurate and timely manner. This involves working with various stakeholders in supporting the On/Offboarding and Onsite related activities.

Job Responsibilities

· Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.

· Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.

· Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to On/Offboarding.

· Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through On/Offboarding stages.

· Ensure the services are delivered in line with company policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.

· Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within company HR Group Shared Services.

· Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.

· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.

· Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.

· Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.

· IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.

· Organised, meticulous and proactive.

· A team player with good interpersonal skills.
