Our client, a sizable Asian bank, is seeking an experienced HR executive to support a wide range of HR functions and initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
• Handle employee inquiries, support engagement initiatives, and assist in resolving employee relations matters.
• Implement the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and training needs identification.
• Oversee payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and maintain HR records for legal compliance.
• Develop and roll out HR policies and streamline administrative processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified with over 5 years of HR experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Good understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach, confidentiality, and discretion.
