A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to assist in achieving business strategy through effective HR operations and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a diploma/degree with 2-3 years of HR experience in an MNC environment, strong interpersonal skills, and be a motivated team player. Job description

• Assists in human resource function to support the achievement of the overall business strategy.
• Supports day-to-day operations that deliver value-add and enhances operational effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function in the following areas:
  1) Recruitment (i.e. 20% campus recruitment and 20% experience hires) 2) Operations, employee engagement activities and HRprojects

Requirements:

• Dip/Deg with 2-3 years of HR generalist experience in MNC environment
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of employees
• Motivated with good initiative
• 5 days week near Suntec, MNC
• 8 months contract with benefits
