Job summary

A Human Resources management firm in Singapore is seeking an HR professional responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions. The role involves payroll management, employee relations, and engaging with business units. Candidates should possess a degree in HR or related fields and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of employment laws and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, Employee Income tax related matters.
  • Ability to multitask with a keen sense of responsibility in meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly and off-cycle payroll for Singapore and subsidiaries.
  • Engage with stakeholders to deliver HR operational services.
  • Resolve employee relations matters, including inquiries and counselling.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full spectrum of HR functions
  • Manage monthly and off-cycle payroll in a timely and accurate manner for Singapore and its subsidiaries offices.
  • Ensure timely & accurate submissions of all government and related claims
  • Work closely with business units in delivering daily HR operational services
  • Continuously improve on service delivery and be able to handle complex issues independently
  • Engage actively with various stakeholders such as business leaders, line managers and employees
  • Attend and resolve employee relations matters, including conducting inquiries and liaising with line managers
  • Prepare HR statistics, data for management reporting
  • Manage employee relations including employee engagement, employee counselling and disciplinary management
  • Lead and/or provide support in adhoc HR projects/ initiative
  • Any other ad-hoc HR and administration duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, Employee Income tax related matters
  • Proficiency in Infotech HRIS has an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask with a keen sense of responsibility in meeting deadlines
  • ·Pleasant personality and ability to work well with people at all levels
  • Detailed oriented and strong organisational skills
