Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: liaise with hiring managers and agencies, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, arrange interviews, and maintain recruitment reports.

  • Prepare offer letters, facilitate onboarding, and conduct staff orientations.

  • Apply for and manage work passes for foreign employees.

  • Maintain accurate employee records.

  • Compile time and attendance data, verify timesheets and overtime, and support payroll processing.

  • Coordinate offboarding and exit procedures for resigned staff.

  • Organize and attend recruitment events, career fairs, and liaise with schools and institutions.

  • Support employee benefits administration (e.g., medical claims).

  • Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and company events.

  • Perform general HR admin tasks and generate HR reports for management.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Human Resource, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of HR-related experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
