A leading MNC in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment and onboarding processes. Responsibilities include liaising with hiring managers, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll processing. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Business or HR and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. This position offers a salary range of S$3200 - S$3600.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: liaise with hiring managers and agencies, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, arrange interviews, and maintain recruitment reports.
Prepare offer letters, facilitate onboarding, and conduct staff orientations.
Apply for and manage work passes for foreign employees.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Compile time and attendance data, verify timesheets and overtime, and support payroll processing.
Coordinate offboarding and exit procedures for resigned staff.
Organize and attend recruitment events, career fairs, and liaise with schools and institutions.
Support employee benefits administration (e.g., medical claims).
Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and company events.
Perform general HR admin tasks and generate HR reports for management.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Human Resource, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR-related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
