Job Title: HR Executive (Contract – Maternity Cover), Project-Based Support

To provide HR support during a maternity leave period, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted continuation of day-to-day HR operations across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and manage day-to-day HR operations using the Times Software portal.
  • Compile, update, and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide and update employee information in the HRIS system, including support for data migration during the Workday implementation.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for project staff.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) portal.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance coverage and the company’s panel doctor listing.
  • Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local employment regulations.
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions and project-related assignments as required.
  • Maintain the Job/Training Matrix and monitor training requirements for all employees.
  • Prepare and provide monthly payslips and timesheets for project back charge purposes.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing, including the review and verification of timesheets.
  • Support the Finance team on employee-related matters such as invoicing, Skills Development Levy (SDL), and claims processing (e.g., childcare leave, paternity leave).
  • Assist with recruitment activities across various job portals.
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as required.
Requirements:

· Preferably a Bachelor's degree holder

· 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience

· Knowledge of Times Software will be an advantage

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Able to start work at short notice or immediately
