Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for HR services management. Responsibilities include documentation for HR processes, ensuring audit compliance, and supporting expatriate arrangements. Job description

· Process documentations for relevant HR services using systems, i.e. purchase order/request, etc.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for audit compliance, management analysis and decision-making.

· Comply with audit standards and provide support for audits.

· Ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Act through proper handling of hard and soft copy data stored by HR.

· Handle work passes application and renewal.

· Manage, review and source for required services including office security access, leased cars and other HR authorized vendors.

· Monitor, track and analyse all HR authorized vendors delivery of services and expenses incurred.

· Organize and facilitate employee welfare, social, sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibilities activities.

· Provide supports for expatriate settling-in and moving out including housing, car, schooling, and immigration matters.

· Ensure timely administration of expatriate cross-charging, and relevant payment processing.

· Assist in payroll processing during the interim.

· Support recruitment, learning and development projects for APAC region.

· Provide backup support to office management team as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences
  • Open to work 8.30am to 5.30pm for 3 days per week
