A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR Generalist who will manage a broad range of HR and administrative tasks. This role involves supporting recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local laws. Interested candidates with a diploma or degree in HRM and relevant experience are encouraged to apply for this engaging position at the company.
Manage full spectrum of HR and office administration functions independently to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes,coordinating interviews with hiring managers or agencies
Handle payroll processing,staff attendance, CPF submissions, IR8A, tax clearance, benefits and insurance administrations
In charge ofonboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management,work pass applications
Prepare HR reports for management review, and organise employee engagement initiatives/events
Oversee facility maintenance and support fire drills in collaboration with building management
Handle office administrative tasks and support senior management on travel arrangements including flights, transport, hotels, etc)
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HRM orequivalent
2-4 years of HR Generalistexperiences
Familiar local employment laws and MOMregulations
Possess good communication skills and able to work independently
