Job description

The HR Executive, operating in a business partner role, provides a wide spectrum of HR services to the assigned centres/ departments. He/ she will partner with them to ensure the smooth delivery of HR Services.

*This position is for an initial 12-month term and may be renewed.

Key Responsibilities for HR Executive:
  • Handle the entire recruitment process (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, preparing salary proposals, offering successful candidates, and onboarding).
  • Administer training (course registration, payment, subsidies submission, etc.). Maintain staff training records and monitor budget utilization.
  • Manage interns and locums (sourcing, onboarding, payments), and monitor expenditure.
  • Perform various HR administration processes such as contract renewals, conversions to part-time, employee benefits, and offboarding.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations.
  • Be the main point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in annual performance appraisal exercises.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-spectrum HR work experience.
  • Possesses good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, plan ahead, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Added advantage:
  • Prior work experience in the social service sector is an added advantage.
