The HR Executive, operating in a business partner role, provides a wide spectrum of HR services to the assigned centres/ departments. He/ she will partner with them to ensure the smooth delivery of HR Services.
*This position is for an initial 12-month term and may be renewed.
Key Responsibilities for HR Executive:
- Handle the entire recruitment process (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, preparing salary proposals, offering successful candidates, and onboarding).
- Administer training (course registration, payment, subsidies submission, etc.). Maintain staff training records and monitor budget utilization.
- Manage interns and locums (sourcing, onboarding, payments), and monitor expenditure.
- Perform various HR administration processes such as contract renewals, conversions to part-time, employee benefits, and offboarding.
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations.
- Be the main point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in annual performance appraisal exercises.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-spectrum HR work experience.
- Possesses good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, plan ahead, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Added advantage:
- Prior work experience in the social service sector is an added advantage.
