Job description

We are looking for a creative and strategic HR Executive to join our team to support our Internal Communications and Talent Acquisition initiatives. This role will focus on crafting compelling internal messaging, campaigns and materials that align with our employer brand and promote a positive employee experience and support talent acquisition and retention goals. The role will report directly to the Head of HR and Internal Communications and will support initiatives across the SEAO region.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Key Responsibilities

  1. To act as the main support for a variety of Internal Communications initiatives including, but not limited to, print, digital, and interpersonal methods.
  2. Create engaging content to support initiatives such as recruitment campaigns and employee engagement.
  3. Design internal materials including email templates, posters, infographics, presentations and intranet content.
  4. Manage and update HR related content on internal platforms (e.g. intranet, internal social networks).
  5. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to create campaigns that promote the company culture, values and EVP.
  6. Assist with planning and communicating internal events such as town halls and employee wellness initiatives.
  7. Ensure all communication materials are aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  8. Tasks may include creating and publishing newsletters, videos, Intranet posts, and hosting meetings as and when required.
  9. Create engaging campaigns and events, and work with a wide range of employees and cross-functional teams.
  10. Participate in employer branding initiatives by putting together the brand collaterals and HR design kits.
  11. Take ownership of Talent Acquisition projects related to internal referral program management, internship engagement, and other related tasks.
Business Partnering

  1. Have a good understanding of the business and strategy and establish a strong partnership with stakeholders across all levels.
  2. Any ad-hoc projects as requested.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, HR, Communications or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably with exposure to HR or recruitment marketing.
  3. Strong editing and storytelling skills.
  4. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
  5. Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  6. Able to execute with speed, competence, and confidence.
  7. Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
  8. A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
