Job Description:

Generalist HR Functions

  • Support daily HR operations transactional activities (Employee data management, Payroll, Attendance, Benefits Management, Statutory Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy

Project Management

  • Assist in planning and execution of HR-related projects (e.g., HRIS implementation, engagement surveys, policy rollouts)

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project milestones

  • Ensure timely reporting and post-project reviews

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all HR documentation is up to date, complete, and audit-ready (e.g., employment contracts, policies, training records)

  • Conduct regular internal audits of HR files and systems

  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during HR audits

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate periodic reports for management on headcount, turnover, attendance, compliance, etc.

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend actions

Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Support employee engagement activities and initiatives

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role with exposure to projects and compliance

  • Strong documentation, organization, and record-keeping skills

  • Hands-on experience with HR audits and compliance processes

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through abilities

  • This is a 1 Year Contract role, with the possibility of renewal.
