A leading company in the HVAC industry, headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Human Resources professional to manage full recruitment cycles and training development initiatives. This role involves collaboration across departments and stakeholders to boost employer branding and support company initiatives. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and demonstrate at least one year of applicable HR experience, along with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
· Handle full spectrum of recruitment cycle including on-boarding to cessation
· Familiar with recruitment channels and to work with various authorities or agencies to organise, participate and attend recruitment roadshows and career fairs
· Contribute to employer branding and outreach efforts
· Handle all work pass related matters: application, issuance, renewal and cancellation
· Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates
· Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation etc
· Develop and implement a company-wide competency framework to support skills mapping and career development.
· Lead the full Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) process across departments, including but not limited to data collection and analysis.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to organize learning and development programs.
· Track and evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records in compliance with audit requirements.
· Support the internal communication of learning initiatives and HR campaigns.
· Lead or assist in Company events
· Manage office and pantry supply
· Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
· Take on any other ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned by the superior
Pre-requisites
· Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
· 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
· Familiarity with WSG Skills Framework
· Experience with Learning Needs Analysis/ Training Needs Analysis (LNA/TNA) and developing competency framework
· Familiarity with The Employment Act
· Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving skills
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Positive attitude, willingness, and proactiveness to take up new challenges
· Able to work independently and a good team player
