Job Responsibilties

  • Provide full spectrum of HR and Administrative support for APAC entities.
  • Coordinating in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Manage and process HR processes.
  • Manage payroll for 5 entites.
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
  • Plan and manage training related matters.
  • Managing on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
  • JD and Resume template conversions.
  • Manage general administrative duties inculding documentation,filling and updating of data.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resource Management or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a HR-related work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a must.
  • Good personality, good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Resourceful and take initiative.
  • Good team player and must be able to communicate and interact with all level of staff and multiracial team of personnel.
  • Meticulous,detailed and careful.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Able to work under pressure.
