A leading company in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Executive/Senior Executive to support talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. This role focuses on enhancing employee experience and workplace culture by partnering with management and analyzing HR metrics. The ideal candidate will have a solid HR background, particularly in the F&B, Retail, or Hospitality sectors, and possess excellent communication skills.

You will work closely with managers and employees to drive engagement, support performance management, and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
Job Description:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Business Operations Manager and employees, providing tailored, forward-thinking solutions, programs, and policies to address company challenges effectively.
Build strong partnerships with leaders and line managers, offering strategic support, guidance, and solutions on day-to-day people matters.
Analyse and interpret HR data (e.g., headcount, turnover, retention) to provide actionable insights
Compile, validate, and maintain accurate HR reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
Design and maintain dynamic HR dashboards and reports using modern analytics tools beyond basic Excel, with a focus on local HR metrics.
Work closely with HR Business Partners to collect, standardize, and analyse HR data, ensuring alignment
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems and reports, adhering to local data protection laws.
Utilize HRIS tools to streamline analytics and reporting, with a focus on local HR processes
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements and skills
Proven relevant HR experience, preferably in F&B, Retail orHospitality industry
Knowledge of Singapore Employment Law is a plus
Detailed-oriented and comfortable with numbers
Excellent written communication
Comfortable in a fast pace working environment
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Diploma in Human Resources or related field
