Job Description
- Manage applications and renewals for all work pass holders and employees
- Maintain and update personal details, employee transfers, and promotions in Workday and personnel files
- Initiate all types of leave applications for employees
- Prepare necessary documentation for employee transfers
- Record all transfers, promotions, and demotions across HRIS systems
- Handle reporting and claims for Workplace Injury Compensation Act (WICA) cases
- Submit payment requests to Finance for hospital-related expenses
- Track and follow up on employee vaccination records
- Coordinate and monitor mandatory medical tests (e.g., audiometry, organophosphate exposure, fumigation, fit-to-work assessments)
- Support and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and surveys, including follow-up on action plans
- Participate in compensation and benefits projects to ensure alignment with strategies for attracting and retaining talent
- Assist in conducting employee surveys like "Your Voice Counts" and collaborate with business units to implement necessary follow-up actions
