Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process which includes job postings, facilitating interviews, reference checks, employment offer, managing on-boarding process
- Assist in reviewing manpower requirements with the company top management and develop recruitment strategies
- Administer Work Pass application, renewal, and cancellation
- Administer internship program and work study diploma program including relevant grants application
- Create and maintain the analytics and reports on HR metrices related to talent acquisition
- Maintain a positive employee relationship environment and advise employees on HR policies and processes
- Ensure employees' personal particulars and employment data are updated
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files & records
- Prepare monthly salary documents for payroll processing
- Administer the performance management exercise annually
- Participate in HR projects and other HR initiatives
- Support office administration function
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- At least 5 year of relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
