Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
- Manage and execute monthly staff payroll processing with accuracy (including event promoter payroll), and submit IR21.
- Manage all work pass-related matters including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Set up and oversee KPIs for each department.
- Maintain and update accurate, confidential employee records including personal details, contracts, payroll data, and performance appraisals.
- Liaise with insurance agents for renewal and update staff insurance policies.
- Maintain leave records, process medical claims, WICA claims, and staff courses.
- Update OED portal manpower data and complete all government-related surveys.
- Proficiency in HR Payroll Infotech software is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience OR Human Resource Certificate (WSQ) with 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident only.
