A leading company in sustainability is seeking an HR professional to manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires a diploma in HR or Business Administration and 3–5 years of HR experience. If you're passionate about driving engagement and compliance, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
Maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
Assist with onboard administration such as issuance of letter of appointment.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding:
Assist with onboard administration such as issuance of letter of appointment.
Manage exit interviews and clearance processes and provide insights from exit data.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and cultural activities.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
4. Performance Management:
Facilitate performance review cycles, including KPI tracking and appraisal documentation.
Support managers in performance conversations and development planning.
Monitor probation reviews and confirmation processes.
5. Compensation & Benefits:
Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely disbursements.
Administer employee benefits including insurance, leave, and statutory benefits.
6. Training & Development:
Assist with training administration such as issuance of training bond.
7. HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HRIS data, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
8. Strategic HR Support:
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide HR metrics and reports to management to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
A diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field from a recognised education institution.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience across all major functions.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms
