Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, and training & development.

  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and compliance with Singapore labour laws.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring effective manpower planning and talent acquisition.

  • Handle work pass administration, including application, issuance, and renewal.

  • Drive performance management initiatives, including KPIs, evaluations, and employee engagement strategies.

  • Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture and lead initiatives to improve employee morale and productivity.

  • Plan and execute employee bonding activities to strengthen team spirit and workplace engagement.

  • Stay updated with changes in employment legislation and ensure timely compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 1 year HR management experience, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant MOM / BCA laws and policies.

  • Good communication skill.

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Candidates with experience in Infotech systems will have an advantage.
