A Human Resources company in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to handle complete HR functions, from recruitment to compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, has at least one year of relevant experience, and excels in communication and problem-solving. You'll ensure a positive workplace culture and engage employees effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, and training & development.
Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and compliance with Singapore labour laws.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring effective manpower planning and talent acquisition.
Handle work pass administration, including application, issuance, and renewal.
Drive performance management initiatives, including KPIs, evaluations, and employee engagement strategies.
Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture and lead initiatives to improve employee morale and productivity.
Plan and execute employee bonding activities to strengthen team spirit and workplace engagement.
Stay updated with changes in employment legislation and ensure timely compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year HR management experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant MOM / BCA laws and policies.
Good communication skill.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Candidates with experience in Infotech systems will have an advantage.
