Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Manage a full cycle of recruitment activities from candidates sourcing, interviews, offer managements to onboarding arrangements
- Explore and examine potential recruitment channels for effective hiring
- Engage with hiring managers and candidates
- Administer HRIS system and update employee employment records: hiring, transfer, promotion and resignation
- Maintain and update personnel information/file database
- Identify and continuously improve on workflow/processes in HR administration
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of Human Resource experience
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Good understanding of Human Resource practices and labour laws in Singapore
- Able to multi-task and a good team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
