Job summary
A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage administration tasks, including recruitment and payroll. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in HR and have prior experience in the field, especially in Construction. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Qualifications
- Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or equivalent.
- 1-2 years related work experience preferred, especially in Construction.
- Team player capable of working independently.

- Managing all HR administrative duties including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Handling work pass applications and maintaining up-to-date HR records.
- Assist with payroll processing and training arrangements.

- Managing all HR administrative duties including Recruitment, Employment, Onboarding, offboarding.
- Handling work pass applications, issuance, cancellations and related security bond & medical insurance purchasing
- Managing training arrangement, CSOC training course, etc.
- Assist on payroll processing
- Maintain all HR records up-to-date with high accuracy and conformity.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.
- Preferable at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Graduate student are also welcome to apply.
- Preferable 1-2 years of Construction industry background preferred
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and some problem solving skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
