HR in Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end hiring processes including drafting job ads, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
- Payroll & Compensation: Administer monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and salary reviews.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training programs, manage course registrations (especially for foreign workers), and track certifications.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, conduct disciplinary actions, and support performance management.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to MOM regulations, work pass applications, and labor law updates.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage leave systems, and support HR audits.
Typical Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in HR, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
- Skills: Familiarity with Singapore labour laws, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
