Un poste d'HR Officer propose des responsabilités variées allant du recrutement à la gestion des opérations administratives au sein d'une entreprise dynamique. Les candidats doivent avoir un diplôme en gestion des ressources humaines ou un domaine similaire, jumelé à de solides compétences interpersonnelles et en communication. Ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer un soutien efficace aux opérations RH et maintenir des bases de données à jour.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with recruitment agencies and hiring managers to meet staffing needs
Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews
HR Operations & Administration
Apply and manage work pass applications for foreign employees
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires
Maintain and update HR databases (new hires, resigned staff, etc.)
Support payroll processing and maintain payroll-related records
Perform daily HR administrative tasks to support smooth operations
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
