Job description

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Executive will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organisation. This position will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, HR policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to employee advocacy and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    -
    Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer extension, including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
    - Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:
    -
    Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    - Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Performance Management:
    -
    Administration of performance review cycles.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration:
    -
    Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, leave policies, retirement plans).
    - Process HR-related paperwork and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS. Monthly payroll processing of 100 staff headcount.
  • HR Policy & Compliance:
    -
    Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    - Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
    - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Training & Development:
    -
    Identify training needs and assist in coordinating and facilitating employee training programs.
    HR Administration:
    -
    Maintain accurate and confidential employee data and files (physical and digital).
    - Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
    - Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws (Employment Act in Singapore).
  • Skills:
    -
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    - Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
    - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
    - Proficient in Info-Tech HR Systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Strong knowledge in payroll processing.
