A growing interior contracting firm in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Executive to support HR functions focused on payroll management, recruitment, and employee relations. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, and proficiency in MS Office. We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of improvement and growth. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an HR Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, particularly in areas such as payroll management, recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience especially in payroll processing. Experience with construction industry is a plus.
· Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
· Possess good written and verbal communications skills in English
· Proficient in MS office applications (Eg. Outlook, Excel, Word)
· Able to work independently and excellent team player
· Positive attitude and willing to learn
Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
