A company specializing in windows and doors is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage office operations and essential HR functions. This role requires at least one year of relevant experience and a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be familiar with Singapore's employment regulations, handling tasks such as recruitment, payroll processing, and compliance management.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee office operations while handling essential HR functions.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in day to day operation of the HR and Admin functions and duties.

· Perform end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interview coordination.

· To assist in the process of foreign workers work pass related matters, WICA, hospitalization insurance in compliance with MOM requirements.

· Manage payroll processing, ensuring in salary computation, allowance and statutory submission.

· Monitor staff and workers daily attendance and leave records via HR system.

· Update and maintain employee records in the HR system.

· Maintain proper P-File management to ensure all required documents are accurately filed in both physical records and the HR system.

· Process expense claims and allowances in compliance with company policies.

· Prepare HR report (e.g. attendance, leave records, manpower report)

· Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and labor laws.

· Maintain training records.

· Any other duties assigned by HR Manager/Director.

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in HRM, or related field.

· Mininum 1 year of relevant HR experience.

· Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.

· Able to work independently and handle HR duties.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HR software is an advantage
