Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing monthly worker's payroll (timecard), CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission and processing project labour costings.
  • Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Handle Work Passes (Work Permit, SPs, EPs) administration, including application, renewal, and cancellation.
  • Handle Factory Converted Dormitory issues.
  • Administer employees' leave, attendance, welfare, and benefits.
  • Assist in HR matters, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management exercises.
  • Submission of all government claims.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking employees with HR guidelines.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably a Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Preferably experience in a Construction Company.
