Our Client:
Manufacturing Industry
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
East - Loyang
Company transport provided at AMK / Hougang / Pasir Ris
Basic UP $3500 + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and databases, payroll processing and reporting, leave and claims management, and performing checks to ensure accuracy of records.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations.
Coordinate annual compensation review, bonus setting, and performance appraisal.
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and new employee onboarding.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations and that SOPs and policies are updated.
Assist in organizing and providing support for company events and welfare activities.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any studies.
Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
