Qualifications

  • Experience managing SMEs with a workforce size of 150 to 200.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all Work Permit related matters, including application, renewal, cancellation, and replacement of Work Passes.
  • Manage workers’ payroll administration.
  • Handle workers’ matters such as training arrangements, contract preparation, home leave arrangements, dormitory administration, worker insurance, petty cash submissions, etc.
  • Liaise with government authorities, e.g., MOM, regarding worker matters.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Post job openings, manage job advertisements, review and shortlist resumes, conduct interviews, and select suitable candidates. Responsible for onboarding new employees.
  • Plan for company welfare.

Requirements

  • Minimum 'O' level and equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of working experience handling a full spectrum of administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Focus more on workers than staff management.
  • Basic knowledge of Whyze HR System and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Comfortable and able to communicate effectively with foreign workers.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English for effective communication with the workforce.
  • Experience managing SMEs with a headcount of 150 to 200 employees.
  • Full working rights for Singapore only.
