Job summary

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee’s records for accurate reporting
  • Well-versed in payroll function to ensure payroll is performed at timely and accurate manner
  • To assist with recruitment from job posting, selection, arranging interview and new staff orientation
  • Full knowledge in handling work passes matters (quota calculation, application, renewal, cancellation etc)
  • Responsible for leave management, medical record
  • Assist and manage company insurance function eg updates, renewal and claims
  • Provide advice to staff on HR policies and procedures
  • Review and update HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant regulatory act and laws
  • Maintain proper documentation of all relevant documents pertaining to payroll
  • Processing and submission of yearly IR8A and IR21 for staff in a timely manner
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or equivalent
  • 2-3 years' working experience
  • Knowledge of Employment Act, Work Injury Compensation Act
  • Candidates with payroll experience and INFOTECH system knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Team player with strong analytical skill, integrity with strong sense of confidentiality
  • Self-driven, initiative, resourceful and able to work independently
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin and with communication skills to liaise with different parties
