Job summary

A leading company in Singapore seeks an HR Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Human Resource Management and will contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR operational support. This role offers the chance to enhance recruitment practices and ensure compliance with labor regulations while working closely with departments to fulfill staffing needs.

Job description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including placing advertisements, conducting phone screenings, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of onboarding, including preparation of employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Work closely with departments and hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs effectively.
  • Evaluate and optimize recruitment channels based on cost, service quality, and contractual terms.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations; monitor quota limits and ensure compliance using WPOL, EPOL, and MyMOM portals.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and prepare employment-related documentation such as offer letters, confirmations, transfers, and certification letters.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files, ensuring accuracy across records including payroll and employee information.
  • Track and coordinate training programs, manage training grants, and support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and special projects related to retention, wellness programs, CSR activities, career fairs, and recognition events.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations regarding overtime and assist with processing insurance and medical claims.
  • Provide HR operational support, contribute to process improvements, and offer guidance on employment legislation, policies, and employee queries.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR Cycle will be added advantages.
