Job description

- Good knowledge of marine sector Labour Law & Regulation, including WP apply and renew.

- Full payroll processing, familiar with MOM portal and HR e-services, strong administrative skills, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

- Preparation of HR reports for management, leading, organizing, maintaining, and developing HR policies.

- Handle company workers’ accommodation, including dormitory rental contracts, check-in & check-out, and related matters.

- Assist in purchasing, insurance, invoice verification, and letter preparation.

- Manage government license applications and renewals, ISO certification processes.

- Prepare monthly sales reports and follow up on payments with clients.

- Handle emails and record data entries accordingly.

- Liaise with employees from other departments to resolve issues.

- Maintain databases, documentation, and filing work.

- Provide basic administrative support to other departments.

- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
