A marine services company in Singapore is looking for an HR Administrator. The role involves handling payroll processing, managing worker accommodations, and preparing HR reports. Candidates should have strong administrative skills and knowledge of marine sector Labour Law. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively. This position offers a dynamic work environment.
- Good knowledge of marine sector Labour Law & Regulation, including WP apply and renew.
- Full payroll processing, familiar with MOM portal and HR e-services, strong administrative skills, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Preparation of HR reports for management, leading, organizing, maintaining, and developing HR policies.
- Handle company workers’ accommodation, including dormitory rental contracts, check-in & check-out, and related matters.
- Assist in purchasing, insurance, invoice verification, and letter preparation.
- Manage government license applications and renewals, ISO certification processes.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and follow up on payments with clients.
- Handle emails and record data entries accordingly.
- Liaise with employees from other departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain databases, documentation, and filing work.
- Provide basic administrative support to other departments.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
