Responsible for the preparation and processing payroll for foreign workers.
Validating, checking and managing timekeeping systems through collecting and reviewing timesheets.
Work with respective Site Personnel pertaining to payroll matters.
Providing information and answering questions about workers payroll-related matters.
Maintain proper documentation of workers records by updating HRIS accurately and promptly.
Submission of wages information through IR21 submission to IRAS.
Work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees.
Any other related ad-hoc duties assigned.
Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2-3 years experience in construction Sector.
Good knowledge of Employment Act, foreign work pass procedures.
Good application knowledge through using OWFAS and WP online system.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high transactional environment.
Meticulous, conscientious in handling confidential information, organized and with a Can-Do attitude.
Able to work independently and a team player.
