Job summary

A Singaporean company is seeking a highly effective HR Executive to join their team. Responsibilities include screening candidates, providing HR support, managing leave records, and organizing events. Candidates should have at least a diploma, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A background in HR will be an advantage. This role offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any field; HR specialization preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to challenges.
  • High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of employment laws is a plus.
  • Ability to start immediately or on short notice is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Screen candidates for interviews and assist in the recruitment process
  • Provide administration and HR support to fellow colleagues
  • Learn how to manage leave records
  • Ensure and enforce colleagues’ adherence to HR policies and procedures
  • Organise and participate in company events
  • Liaise with external service providers
  • Designing programs to reduce turnover, boost morale, and employee loyalty
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in any field. (Candidates specialising in HR will have an advantage)
