Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Executive will be involved in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment processes by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.

- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in digital and physical formats.

- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and practices.

- Coordinate training and development programs.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.

- Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and disciplinary reports.

- Contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- AND/OR 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.

- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in HR is a plus.
