We are seeking a dynamic HR EXECUTIVE to join our team. The following are the roles and responsibilities for this position:
- Handle the full end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and off-boarding (e.g., job posting, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, onboarding orientation, exit clearance).
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolving employee issues.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, manage employee benefits programs, and handle payroll-related queries.
- Ensure company compliance with all employment laws and maintain accurate employee records.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, attendance, and recruitment efficiency.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR reports and data analytics to support decision-making.
- Assist and participate in all company events, workshops, training, etc.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
- Organize and update personnel files.
- Use payroll software (Info-Tech) to process payments and ensure records are updated accurately.
- Maintain good relationships with employees and workers.
- Work 5.5 days a week.
