Job description

We are seeking a dynamic HR EXECUTIVE to join our team. The following are the roles and responsibilities for this position:

  • Handle the full end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and off-boarding (e.g., job posting, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, onboarding orientation, exit clearance).
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolving employee issues.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, manage employee benefits programs, and handle payroll-related queries.
  • Ensure company compliance with all employment laws and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, attendance, and recruitment efficiency.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and data analytics to support decision-making.
  • Assist and participate in all company events, workshops, training, etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
  • Organize and update personnel files.
  • Use payroll software (Info-Tech) to process payments and ensure records are updated accurately.
  • Maintain good relationships with employees and workers.
  • Work 5.5 days a week.
