Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support and enhance the organization’s human resource functions. This role involves managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy in employee records, compliance with policies, and efficient execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and documentation across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
  • Administer HR processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and exit procedures.
  • Handle monthly payroll input and liaise with payroll vendors or finance for timely processing.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Support the performance appraisal process and training coordination.
  • Administer benefits programs including leave management, medical, insurance, and claims.
  • Respond to employee queries on HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in audits, HR policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on HR-related services and events.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced or mid-to-large-sized organization.
  • Good understanding of local employment laws and HR practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
