Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support and enhance the organization’s human resource functions. This role involves managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy in employee records, compliance with policies, and efficient execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and documentation across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
- Administer HR processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and exit procedures.
- Handle monthly payroll input and liaise with payroll vendors or finance for timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Support the performance appraisal process and training coordination.
- Administer benefits programs including leave management, medical, insurance, and claims.
- Respond to employee queries on HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in audits, HR policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on HR-related services and events.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced or mid-to-large-sized organization.
- Good understanding of local employment laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using
